1. Scope

This Policy covers our public website and AVNT products or services that link to it. A separate written agreement may apply to a venue's use of AVNT services. If that agreement addresses data processing differently, its terms control for that service.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide

• Business contact information, such as your name, email address, venue name, and the contents of messages you send us.
• Account and support information when account services are activated, such as authorized-user details, support requests, and venue configuration information.
• Transaction and operational information processed through AVNT services on behalf of a venue, subject to the venue's agreement with us.

Information collected automatically

Our hosting and security providers may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, pages requested, timestamps, referring page, and diagnostic or security events.

AVNT account access

The client login and account-creation pages use Firebase Authentication to create and verify venue-owner accounts. We store the owner's name, email address, venue name, venue type, and account settings in AVNT's Firebase project. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are not stored in the website source or venue records.

3. How we use information

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve AVNT services.
• Respond to inquiries, demo requests, support needs, and business communications.
• Secure our website and services, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot problems.
• Comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect AVNT, our customers, and others.
• Perform internal analytics and plan product improvements using information appropriate for those purposes.

4. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to vendors that help us host, secure, support, or operate our services; to professional advisers; when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety; in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets; or with your direction or consent.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Data retention and security

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, to meet contractual obligations, resolve disputes, or comply with law. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your privacy choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising a privacy right.

7. California disclosures

If California privacy law applies to AVNT and your information, the categories we may collect include identifiers, internet or other electronic network activity, commercial or business-interaction information, and professional information. We collect these categories from you, your venue, and service providers for the purposes described in this Policy. We may disclose them to the recipients described above for business purposes.

AVNT has not sold personal information or shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising in the preceding 12 months. California residents may request to know, correct, or delete covered information and may exercise applicable rights through the contact method above.

8. Children

Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date. If a change is material, we will provide additional notice when required by law.
