1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website. If you use the website for a company, venue, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use this website. AVNT products are intended for legitimate business use by venues, event operators, and their authorized personnel.

3. Website and AVNT services

The website provides information about POS AVNT and may include demonstrations, previews, and ways to contact us. Product availability, pricing, implementation, support, payment processing, and other paid-service terms may be governed by a separate order form or services agreement. If a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms regarding a paid AVNT service, the signed agreement controls.

The client dashboard uses a live venue-owner account. New accounts begin in training mode; payment processing requires additional setup and approval before real card payments can be accepted.

4. Accounts and authorized users

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials and PINs, limiting access to authorized personnel, and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized use. Activity performed through your account may be treated as authorized by you unless you notify us otherwise.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the website or services unlawfully, fraudulently, or to violate another person's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or networks.
• Interfere with service availability, security, or normal operation.
• Introduce malicious code, probe vulnerabilities without written permission, or bypass access controls.
• Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the website except as permitted by law or a written agreement.
• Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority.

6. Intellectual property

The website, AVNT software, branding, designs, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by AVNT or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, AVNT grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access the website for legitimate evaluation or business use. No other rights are granted.

7. Feedback

If you send suggestions or feedback about AVNT, you grant us permission to use and incorporate that feedback without restriction or compensation, provided we do not publicly identify you as its source without permission.

8. Third-party services and links

The website or AVNT services may reference or integrate third-party products. Third parties control their own services, terms, and privacy practices. AVNT is not responsible for third-party services, and a link or integration does not imply endorsement.

9. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and all preview content are provided "as is" and "as available." AVNT disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for any particular venue operation. Product descriptions and demonstrations may change and do not create a warranty or service commitment.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AVNT and its affiliates, personnel, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from the website or these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AVNT's total liability arising from the public website and these Terms will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid AVNT specifically for use of the website during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. A signed services agreement may provide different remedies for paid AVNT services.

11. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AVNT and its affiliates and personnel from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

12. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access to the website if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security or legal risk, or misused AVNT systems. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, and indemnification provisions.

13. Applicable law

A separately signed services agreement may specify governing law and dispute procedures for paid AVNT services. Otherwise, these Terms are governed by applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the website, services, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised Terms here and update the effective date. Your continued use after the revised Terms take effect means you accept them, to the extent permitted by law.
